Lost Weekend Records' Super Summer Spectacular Edition

Ok kiddies...I know it's been a while since I've done one of these, and I'd love to do a great big, long newsletter...but I've gotta cold and am ready to go back to bed. So short and sweet it is!

New Used Stuff in Stock
We have tons. Kyle has bought, oh, six or seven hundred records over the last two weeks, and it looks like for the next few weeks anyway, we'll be getting several hundred in on Fridays. The last couple batches have been amazing...lots of punk, metal, classic rock. Tons of Grateful Dead & Zappa, Patti Smith, Pink Floyd, The Jam. This would be a great time to grab some of those collection staples. Oh, and as an FYI, they are CLEAN clean copies.

Local Stuff
As usual, we've got all your usual faves in stock. Also, we'll be getting the new Tough and the Lovely album in next week, so check in with us if you've been waiting on that. AND - they'll be playing on July 27th at Carabar...go.

Oh, and August 3rd happens to be my birthday, so come on out, see some music, have a few drinks with me...It's going to be a great show. If there's someone on the bill you don't know, check out our top friends. They're all up there (except Scrawl and The Malabar Brothers...they don't have a MySpace acct).

On September 23rd we'll be having an in-store with Happy Chichester (of RC Mob) and Lootsville (with Sue Harshe from Scrawl).
